About Jenny Adams:

Jenny was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia and began her journey into the healing arts through the Usui system of Reiki at 8 years old. As a child she was aware of transpersonal realities, transitioned people, high frequency beings, and multi-dimensional beings. For years, Jenny struggled with the human condition: depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness, feelings of lack, and low self-esteem. She secretly battled anorexia, exercise addiction, bulimia, compulsive eating, and food addiction. Although she tried many traditional western therapies to heal her dysfunctional relationship with her body, food and life's challenges, it was not until she returned to Australia that her healing really began. There she found multiple spiritual teachers who helped to navigate her mind and understand the roots of dysfunctional eating. During a two year esoteric apprenticeship, Jenny studied with an Aboriginal elder called "O" and learned many forms of Shamanic medicine including integrative meditation, clearing subtle body anatomy, transpersonal touch therapy, energetic cleansing/extraction, archetypal story telling, and soul retrieval techniques. Learn more on her website: http://www.thespiritroot.com/ Her other certifications include the below:

  • Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor
  • Emotional Eating Recovery Mentor
  • Experienced Reiki Master (Over 15 Years Experience)
  • Experienced Spiritual Coach
  • Certified Massage Therapist
  • B.A Psychology, Religious Studies & Neuroscience
  • Student of Kriya Yoga
