Taught by Gary Reitze, senior teacher at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver. Gary has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 27 years and earned his first certification in 1993. He uses props in his teaching to help students learn advanced asanas and to help with their physical challenges to modify poses to receive maximum benefit. Gary specializes in therapeutics, so he is able to help students overcome injuries faster and easier using props to assure proper alignment and correct action. This workshop will be invaluable for teachers interested in advancing their practice, improving their teaching, recovering from injuries, and helping their students improve.
